Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

We aim to despatch items that are in stock as soon as we receive your order, same day if before 2pm, or within 1-2 working days. Orders are delivered by either Royal Mail or APC.

International delivery

Please contact us for a quote for sending items internationally.

Pick up option

If you wish to collect from us in Dinas, Caernarfon, choose ‘Pick up’ as your shipping method. We will email you when your order is ready to collect.

RETURNS

In the rare event that you are not satisfied with your item, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@gwyneddfarmmachinery.co.uk quoting the order number and a description of the issue.

The buyer is responsible for arranging the return carriage to us.

Damages and issues 

Please check your order as soon as received and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the way forward. If the item is wrong, we’ll try to source the correct replacement for you and sort out the difference in price.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll refund the original payment method.
